Shipping Policy

At Vijram Tools Co, we aim to provide reliable and convenient delivery solutions for industrial tools, equipment, and supplies. We arrange shipments through suitable courier, transport, or logistics partners, depending on the product, order size, delivery location, and customer requirements.

Please read the following shipping and delivery terms before placing your order.

1. Pricing & GST

• • All prices displayed or quoted by Vijram Tools Co are inclusive of applicable GST, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• • The applicable GST rate will be included in the product price or quotation.
• • Any additional charges applicable to the order will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

2. Freight & Shipping Charges

All freight, shipping, courier, transportation, and logistics charges shall be borne by the customer.

Freight charges may vary depending on product type and weight, package dimensions, order quantity, delivery location, courier or logistics service selected, transportation requirements, and the customer’s preferred mode of delivery.

The applicable freight or shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch. For bulk, project, heavy, or industrial orders, freight charges may be calculated separately based on the actual transportation requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 100% advance payment is required before order processing and dispatch.

Orders will be processed only after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

For special orders, bulk requirements, customized products, or project supplies, payment terms may be agreed separately between Vijram Tools Co and the customer.

4. Shipping & Transportation

We use appropriate courier services, transport operators, or logistics partners depending on the nature of the order and delivery requirements.

Customers may communicate their preferred courier or logistics provider at the time of placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested logistics provider, subject to availability and suitability.

For large, heavy, bulky, or commercial shipments, transportation may be arranged through a suitable logistics or transport service rather than standard courier delivery.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed after order confirmation, payment confirmation, product availability verification, and packaging and dispatch preparation.

Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, product type, and delivery location.

6. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, logistics provider, product availability, and other transportation conditions.

Estimated delivery timelines provided by Vijram Tools Co are indicative and not guaranteed, as transportation may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient name, company name, complete address, city, state, PIN code, contact person, and valid mobile or telephone number.

8. Transit Damage & Delivery Inspection

Vijram Tools Co shall not be responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, or deterioration of products occurring during transit or transportation after the goods have been dispatched.

Customers are advised to inspect the package and products immediately upon delivery.

9. Delivery to Commercial & Industrial Locations

For deliveries to factories, warehouses, construction sites, industrial premises, or other commercial locations, customers should ensure accessibility, recipient availability, necessary permits, and any special handling instructions are arranged in advance.

10. Delayed or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, held, returned, or undelivered due to circumstances attributable to the customer, additional transportation or re-delivery charges may apply.

11. Remote & Special Delivery Locations

Delivery to remote, restricted, or non-serviceable locations may require additional transportation arrangements or charges.

12. Bulk & Project Orders

For bulk orders, machinery, heavy equipment, project supplies, or large industrial requirements, shipping and transportation terms may be agreed separately based on order quantity, weight, delivery location, transportation method, freight charges, loading requirements, and customer logistics arrangements.

13. Customer-Arranged Logistics

Customers may arrange their own courier, transport, or logistics service where mutually agreed.

14. Force Majeure

Vijram Tools Co shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, civil disturbances, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

15. Changes to Shipping Terms

Vijram Tools Co reserves the right to modify these Shipping & Delivery Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, logistics arrangements, applicable laws, or service requirements.
