Warranty Terms

At Vijram Tools Co, we aim to supply reliable industrial tools, equipment, and products from established brands and manufacturers. Warranty coverage, where applicable, is provided in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified by the respective manufacturer or brand.

Warranty availability and duration may vary depending on the product, brand, model, and product category. Customers are advised to review the warranty information provided with the product or contact our team before purchase if warranty coverage is an important requirement.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

Where a product is sold with a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be applicable for the period and under the conditions specified by the respective manufacturer.

Vijram Tools Co does not independently provide or extend the manufacturer's warranty unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period may vary from product to product. The warranty period will be based on the warranty offered by the manufacturer and may be mentioned on the product page, product description, packaging, warranty card, manufacturer's documentation, or quotation or invoice, where applicable.

If no warranty period is specifically mentioned for a product, the product should be considered without warranty unless otherwise confirmed by Vijram Tools Co in writing.

3. Warranty Claims

For products covered under warranty, customers may contact Vijram Tools Co for assistance with initiating or coordinating the warranty claim with the manufacturer or authorized service centre.

Customers may be required to provide the order number, invoice, product name and model, serial number, warranty card, description of the issue, photographs or videos, and any other information required by the manufacturer.

4. Warranty Service

Depending on the manufacturer's warranty terms, warranty service may be provided through the manufacturer, authorized service centre, authorized technician, replacement of defective parts, repair of the product, replacement of the product, or other remedy specified by the manufacturer.

5. What Is Generally Not Covered Under Warranty

Unless specifically covered by the manufacturer's warranty, warranty claims generally do not cover damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or misuse, accidental damage, negligence, incorrect installation, incorrect operation, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, unauthorized modification or alteration, unauthorized repair or servicing, unsuitable accessories or consumables, voltage fluctuations, exposure to water or chemicals, damage during transportation after dispatch, consumable or wearing parts, or use beyond the product's specified capacity.

6. Consumables & Wear Parts

Industrial products may contain consumable or wear components such as carbon brushes, cutting wheels, grinding wheels, blades, drill bits, belts, bearings, seals, batteries, filters, and other consumable components. Such items may not be covered under warranty unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.

7. Physical & Transit Damage

Vijram Tools Co shall not be responsible for damage caused during transportation after the product has been dispatched. Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage or shortage to the concerned courier, transporter, or logistics provider immediately.

8. Warranty Does Not Guarantee Replacement

A warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a replacement or refund. The applicable remedy, including repair, replacement of parts, product replacement, or other resolution, shall be determined according to the manufacturer's warranty terms and inspection.

9. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty coverage may become invalid or void where the product has been modified or altered without authorization, repaired by an unauthorized person or service centre, used improperly, used for an application not recommended by the manufacturer, operated outside specified limits, damaged due to negligence or accident, or used without following the manufacturer's operating instructions.

10. Warranty Transportation & Service Charges

Any transportation, inspection, pickup, delivery, installation, dismantling, or service charges associated with a warranty claim shall be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Where such costs are not covered by the manufacturer, the customer may be responsible for the applicable charges.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where expressly stated otherwise, Vijram Tools Co does not provide any additional or independent warranty beyond the warranty provided by the respective manufacturer.
